Returns Policy
All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on exchanges. You have a 14-day exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately, we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sales. There are no exchanges on custom items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days on CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES! Custom orders mostly ship with a signature verification within 3-4 weeks (a timeline will be provided when order is placed). After packages have been shipped and the tracking number has been issued we are no longer responsible for the delivery of goods.
